Recruitment - Arbitrator appointments
The Workers Compensation Commission is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for Arbitrator appointments. There are several appointments available with attractive remuneration packages.
Arbitrators resolve workers compensation disputes by conciliation and arbitration. Ideally, applicants will be qualified legal practitioners with sound knowledge of workers compensation law and practice, coupled with demonstrated alternative dispute resolution and facilitation skills and experience.
Appointments are for full-time and sessional roles. Full-time Arbitrators are based in Sydney. Sessional Arbitrators may be based in Sydney or locations relative to the rural and regional venues at which the Commission conducts proceedings.
