We have produced a video to help injured workers gain a better understanding of our dispute resolution process. It explains the stages of the dispute resolution process, what is involved, and how you can be involved in the resolution process.
You can either watch a video or listen to an audio file. It only takes 10 minutes. The audio file and brochure are available in 12 languages. The online video is only available in English.
