Policies and Publications

The Commission has a range of activities and channels through which it undertakes both internal and external communication activities.
The external audience for WCC Communications are: Workers with disputed claims; employers of those workers; insurers; solicitors (practitioners); ​the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA); and medical practitioners.
The vehicles for external communications are: 
  • WCC website;
  • User Group meetings;
  • E-Bulletins;
  • Publications, brochures, forms;
  • Explanatory video for workers involved in proceedings;
  • Seminars, presentations and training to interested relevant groups;
  • Annual Reviews; and
  • Targeted communication for relevant groups.
