Conciliation conference

If your dispute was not resolved during the telephone conference, or parties are unable to settle the matter after the teleconference, the Arbitrator will arrange a face-to-face meeting between you and the other parties involved, and will advise who else should attend.

The Arbitrator will let you know whether to bring witnesses to the conference and what they need to do.

If you live in Sydney, the meeting will be held in the metropolitan area.  If you live in regional New South Wales, we will arrange the meeting according to our venues policy.

This meeting could cover things such as:
  • a summary of your dispute
  • further discussion about the issues identified
  • work out possible outcomes for each party
  • negotiate an outcome that is acceptable to all parties

Every effort is made to have the parties settle by agreement.
