Making an application
If you want to make an application to resolve a dispute you need to do so using our forms.
If you are the person applying to have the dispute heard, you are called the Applicant. For more information view our steps to lodging a dispute application.
If you have received a sealed Application to Resolve a Dispute from another person or party in a workers compensation dispute, you are called the Respondent. For more information view our steps to replying to a dispute application.
