The Registrar's decision

Once your application is lodged with us, the Registrar will review the matter and decide whether:

  • an interim payment direction should be issued for weekly benefits and/or medical expenses, or
  • to refuse to issue an Interim Payment Direction.

The Registrar may decide to hold a teleconference with the parties to assist in resolving the dispute.
