Applying for medical expenses compensation
When applying for medical expenses compensation you must provide the following documentation:
- a statement, or other evidence, of the amount of medical expenses you wish to claim
- a statement and medical evidence explaining how medical expenses will:
- help relieve significant pain or discomfort
- help prevent deterioration of your injury, and/or
- help you return to work more quickly.
