Interim payment directions
If your dispute involves weekly compensation benefits for a period not more than 12 weeks and/or medical expenses compensation up to $7,500, you can apply to us to have your dispute informally reviewed by us. This process is known as "Expedited Assessment" and is faster than our standard dispute resolution process.
If we are satisfied that your claim should be paid, we will issue an Interim Payment Direction.
