The District Court is the contact point for searching and granting access related to previous matters in the NSW Compensation Court, whether residual jurisdiction or existing/new claims and include the following:
- whether an application with the Compensation Court has been lodged by a particular party
- requests for Compensation Court files
- requests for transcripts of Compensation Court proceedings
