NEW Forms
The Workers Compensation Commission has updated its entire set of Forms and Guides. Click here to access the new forms. The new forms will be accepted from 1 October 2008.
The Commission will continue to accept the old forms until 31 October 2008.
Arrangements during December 2008 / January 2009
Due to the December-January holiday period, the Commission will issue revised proceedings timetables for dispute applications registered in the period 17 November 2008 to 24 December 2008.
